This is 'Scarlett', my own version of the classic Red Velvet Cupcake, which I topped with Cream Cheese Frosting. It was a hit! I made this for Anne's Birthday.
Tiffy's Birthday Cupcakes
I made these cupcakes for Tiffy's 11th birthday. It's moist chocolate cupcake with marshmallow frosting. Without the candy sprinkles, the cupcakes reminded me of 'snow', which is why I aptly call this cupcake creation of mine 'Snow'.
