Tiffy's Birthday Cupcakes

I made these cupcakes for Tiffy's 11th birthday. It's moist chocolate cupcake with marshmallow frosting. Without the candy sprinkles, the cupcakes reminded me of 'snow', which is why I aptly call this cupcake creation of mine 'Snow'.
